1976 born in Cincinnati Ohio, moved to Rapid City, South Dakota, later settled in New Smyrna Beach, Florida
1994 brief stint in art school, broke neck skateboarding, forced to utilize typewriter as main artmaking tool, wrote two film scripts
1994 graffiti art in Seattle Washington with Arcane, first experiences hitchhiking across United States
1995 continued to hitchhike and keep journals, further drawing experimentation and music experimentation
1996 life experimentation,lived homeless, joined US Navy and escaped, joined Hare Krishnas and also escaped their compound, use of psychedelics in art-making
1997 further hitchhiking across Western part of United States keeping written and drawn record of experiences
1997-2000 break from art making and began amateur skateboarding career briefly riding for Lost on their flow team, competed in many Tampa Am contests, used film to make skateboard movies and art movies
2001-2006 enrolled at Northern Kentucky University, a college he chose because of its link to his parents hippy
past where they made ceramic art in the 1970’s, studying printmaking and graphic design, began writing his first book based on his travels, art concepts and philosophies, began doing one man and group installations in various galleries in Cincinnati, Seattle, and New York City
Aaron Oliver currently utilizes painting, writing, silkscreening and bookmaking techniques in his art to create images best described as a fusion of science fiction and fact mixed with a unique world view formed by living on the fringes of society. Paradigm Assassins reunites him with Arcane, an artist he used to hitchhike and make art with ten years prior.
